How does payment work?
50% deposit to book, which secures the date. The balance is due within 14 days of delivery. You'll see watermarked previews first, then unwatermarked finals once the balance clears.
What happens to my raw footage afterwards?
Raw footage is kept for 90 days after delivery, then deleted. The finished films and stills are yours to keep and use.
Can I use the films in paid adverts?
Standard licensing covers your own website and organic social posts. Extending it to promoted or boosted ads is +30%, quoted alongside your package.
Do you only shoot in Nottingham?
I'm based in Nottingham and happy to travel. Beyond 15 miles of the city centre, travel is charged at £0.45 per mile.
What if the weather's bad, or I need to reschedule?
Let me know as early as you can and I'll do my best to find a new date quickly. Rescheduled shoots can take a little longer to rebook than the original date, so the earlier you flag it, the better.
What if I'm not happy with the final film?
Revision rounds are built into the Standard and Signature packages. If a round isn't included in your package, or you need an extra one, that's £40.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
